How many consultations/therapies do you need?:

     This depends on the severity of the condition, how long have you had it and how well are you following the advice. We   recommend having a consultation every 2-4 weeks so we can see if something needs to be changed in your diet or herbs. This is very important with Ayurveda treatment as every person reacts differently to the herbs and we want to make sure you are getting the best out of it. To see any change we require having minimum of 3 appointments. With any body therapy, best results are seen after 3 sessions. If you book 3+ consecutive treatments a discount of 15% will be applicable.
