During the consultation the practitioner will go through the symptoms. Your health history, lifestyle & diet and any other relevant questions will be asked to understand your imbalance thoroughly. What will you get: 1. Full analysis of your Ayurvedic Dosha and imbalance 2. List of foods suitable/unsuitable for your condition 3. Lifestyle/exercise advice for your dosha 4. Ayurvedic herbal medicine prescription for your disorder Because of the nature of Ayurvedic treatments, follow-up appointments are required to check the progress of your health and amendments are made where necessary. During the initial appointment you will gain plenty of knowledge about your existing disorder and Dosha, we encourage you to take notes. *Herbal medicines are at extra cost which are available to purchase from the practitioner
