Service Description
If you are interested finding out what your Ayurvedic dosha is and what kind of diet, lifestyle and exercise is best for your dosha, this is the appointment for you. During the consultation the practitioner will go through your health history, lifestyle & diet and any other relevant questions will be asked to understand your dosha thoroughly. What will you get: 1. Understanding of your Ayurvedic Dosha 2. List of foods suitable/unsuitable for your Dosha 3. Lifestyle/exercise advice for your Dosha We encourage to take notes for yourself during the appointment. This appointment does not include any Ayurvedic herbal medicine prescriptions. If you are currently suffering with any health issues, please book an "Initial Consultation" instead.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations please contact us via email at least 48 h before your appointment to avoid being charged. Late cancelation/rescheduling is subject to charge of 50% of the treatment cost. No shows is subject to charge of 100% of the treatment cost. www.doshicbalance.com
